I moved away from conventional fittings as I spent so king trying to get a water tight seal on the sink waste. This was attached and working in less than 5 minutes. I used plumbers putty to help with fitting. The waste isn't as thick material as a standard one, but looks like it'll last. Even if I change it in a couple of years it's much easier to diy it than pay for someone to fit it. The flexible tubing bend easily into place. Easy for beginner diy and very happy with the product.

It has a very weak seal attachment. I do not expect this will last very long. Not worth it.
