Product looks genuine, but packaging seal was wide open and delivery was delayed!
The Surf Excel Easy Wash powder inside looks authentic, and the quality seems fine upon visual inspection. However, I am highly disappointed with the packaging and logistics.The main product seal was completely open when delivered, which raises concerns about tampering or weight loss. To make it worse, the delivery agent updated fake 'delivery attempted failed' status twice without any call or visit before finally handing over this open package.Keeping it only because the product inside looks usable, but Amazon and the seller need to strictly monitor their delivery partners and packaging quality control.
