Glass Drinking Straws 332 (8.5 in x 10 mm)

I've had many glass straws in the past from other distributors that I used to replace very often as they broke literally just from my touch lol... I'm usually quite heavy handed and break thing easily, especially when washing up. Since purchasing these straws back in Jan 2020, I honestly can say, I've not broken even one of them! I even accidentally dropped one of them straws on the floor! I thought it will smash and to my surprise it had not! I highly recommend them if you're looking for durable glass straws!!

I swapped to glass from metal straws as I was unnerved by not being able to see that the inside was definitely clean! These have been great - see through so I know no nasties are growing. Wider than the usual metal straws so I get a more satisfying mouthful of my morning coffee, too! And considering they're glass they feel sturdy. I use them with a boiling water tap at work and despite initial nerves that they might shatter under a blast of boiling water, they've held out and look as clean and new as the day I bought them, and I've been chugging back three mugs of coffee a day for a month since buying them. Would wholly recommend these over metal straws!

Game changer! I drink a lot of thick smoothies that include seeds and previously I was using thin metal straws and seeds would get stuck and due to my smoothies being thick I wouldn’t get much into my mouth. These are thick enough to not only allow seeds to pass through but also I get to taste more of my drink which makes it taste better along with no metal taste they’re a definite must have. They are exactly what hey say they are. The glass is reasonably thick so gives more sturdiness than I expected, but then again, I won't really be taking them anywhere ( you can get carry cases for glass straws if you are wanting to have them with you all the time. I bought these so that I can taste my Kombucha as it brews - pop it to the side of the Scoby and and suck, it's as simple as that. I have the straight and angled mixed packed and so far have found the angled really good for this purpose. They come with two brushes which are great for cleaning them and beyond that, what can I say? They are more sturdy than expected, easy to clean and great value for money.

Cool, healthy and very handy

Strong; Glass isn't flimsy, you don't need to treat it like a delicate feather though obviously doing so will make it last longer. But don't fret thinking the slightest knock or bump will break it. Handles hot drinks too! Clear; Very clear, good to see any dirt which you can't with other straws. Also aesthetically pleasing and cool to see the drink travel up. Pure; The taste isn't altered by any metallic taste from a metal straw, or plastic taste from a plastic straw. It also isn't tainted by any dirt collected as you can see and maintain it more diligently. So you're getting a clean and pure tasting experience. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and the fact you get 6 straws and two pipe-cleaners means that so long as you aren't constantly trying to break the straw, you won't need to spend anything on new ones for quite a while. Recommend to all :)!

I absolutely love these, so much better than metal/plastic straws. However the “easy to clean” part I gave 4 stars due to the ones that are slightly curved sometimes it’s very difficult to clean the lower side of the bend. Durability is great I've dropped them a few times and half expecting them to smash but no stayed intact!

Ich brauche zur Zeit Strohhalme wegen einer Zahn-OP. Die Plastikhalme sind so kratzig, deshalb hab ich nach einer Alternative gesucht. Für diese hier hatte ich mich entschieden, weil es die dünnsten Glashalme sind. Nach ein paar Tagen des Ausprobierens bin ich sehr zufrieden damit. Die Halme sind sehr gut gearbeitet, keine kratzigen Stellen oder Macken. Die Enden sind glatt gerundet und fühlen sich geradezu weich an, wenn die Zunge drankommt. Die Länge finde ich auch genau richtig, passt für meine Bechertassen und auch für ein Longdrinkglas reichts. Der Durchmesser von 0,8mm wird exakt eingehalten. Das Reinigen mit dem Bürstchen funktioniert auch gut. Ich kann nichts Negatives finden, bis auf dass man mehr aufpassen muss wegen Glas und halt auch reinigen. - Also, eine tolle Alternative zu Plastikhalmen und dazu noch umweltfreundlich! :)

We bought some metal straws, but they imparted a taste to softdrinks. These glass ones are much better, and you can see if you have cleaned them thoroughly. We let them sit in soapy water for a while, run the brush through them, then rinse them out.
