I will admit to being biased towards a small business from my hometown, but these bitters were so delicious - and DIFFERENT - from what I've usually encountered my years of cocktail drinking. Angostura be GONE!The notes of (is it 5 spice?) whatever work really nicely with my preferred bourbons. The cinnamon and peppery flavors make any vanilla/caramel-note whiskey so great.Good tincture, Ryan. I'm into it.

These are the BEST bitters ever made! Small batch made in Cleveland, they are great not only in Manhattan's but also splashed in carbonated water. I gave these out as Christmas gifts to everyone I know and they were a HUGE hit!
