Although amazingly comfortable, the shoes have a separate elastic in the back that would not stay up on my heel. They are not adjustable. These were a great fit in all other ways, but were unwearable because of the sliding/rubbing back. Be aware - the Return cost me $16.00!!! Apparently they were shipped through the store and for that reason I had to pay shipping. I see someone else had this problem too, unfortunately, I did not see that prior to purchase. An expensive lesson!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love these sandals *by A***R on May 1, 2017* I love these sandals; they're super soft and comfortable for sensitive feet. They run a half size larger so order down a half size and you should get a perfect fit. My only complaint is the price. If they were a little cheaper--say $49.99-I would have bought two pairs! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoes after all! *by K***S on August 1, 2017* My main reasons for ordering ANYTHING from BZees is the shoes are washable. I did notice reviews that said they were a little big but I've ordered this brand before and thought I'd try anyway. Well, my normal size WAS a little large in this particular style. But I continued to wear them since I was wearing out my original pair of BZees from washing them as often as I do. GOOD NEWS!!!! After a wash and air dry, they fit like a glove! The little I know about fabrics I think because of the way the material of the shoe was knitted it was naturally loose being freshly made. That's typical of many knitted fabrics. I don't know if it was intentional or not but the wash process fixed that.
