It did a great job of covering the tank. I was looking for something that would cover, stay on, and help keep the temperature down. After looking at it closer I realize that it wasn’t going to have a significant effect on the temperature. My fault, not the manufacturer. I sent it back. If you want something that will not blow off in windy conditions this is the cover for you.

It's an amazing water troph cover. Easy to use . Does well in weather. We use it for our heated troph in summer. We uncover in winter. It stores well when not in use .

For the price it's pretty decent. The zipper approach vs removing and putting the whole cover back on seems to remain more convenient, but the flap over the zipper is in the way. And opening it essentially loosens the whole cover so you gotta be careful zipping it back up. That all being said, the plunge is protected, and you could do a lot worse for $20 ish.

It fits my outdoor ice bath and effectively blocks debris and clean water. So the strap that is supposed to hold it tight actually lets it slip out pretty easily. The flap that opens for animals to drink out of frequently gets blown back over, and into the water. My biggest complaint is that they didn't add any rigidity to the top (or floatation), which would have been very little extra expense and would have made the whole product better in multiple ways. I've added some photos that show how it looks after a few days of use and you get the idea.

Great quality, stands up to rain, lid keeps leaves off and stays dry when it rains. Perfect for my needs, fits perfectly and keeps water clean.

Nice cover for my water trough to keep the dirt and mice from falling in. Works like a charm - material is quality for the price. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
