I've been using this for a couple of months. It does help to keep the stanctions and seals clean, and minimises stiction. Not a necessity but my forks are better with it.

I used to carefully use some silicone spray to coat the suspension stanchions on my MTBs, but this stuff is designed for the job and seems to works even better to keep that small bump sensitivity going. After one season of use I'm still happy with this stuff; I'd just advise spraying it on a cloth away from the bike then applying it to the suspension/dropper stanchions on the bike, so you don't accidentally get any spray on your brake discs/pads (even a tiny amount contaminates them).

I can't tell if it's placebo effect or not but it seems to make a noticeable difference and either way helps to flush out dirt from the seals.
