Doctor prescribed physiotherapy in which i have to increase load by 500g every week for month. So I purchase this product, You can customize weight by removing and adding weight bags in/out from belt. I have purchased 2.26 kg variant. Bit uncomfortable but it is expected as it is heavy. It has 5 bags of weight and it perfectly fits till 4 bags with 5 bags it's grip is loos because of larger circle around Ankle. You have put some jugad to use it with 5 bags and Not very much useful with Wrist (Hands). Stitching quality is good but this is not for long term, you can use it for year or two for long term use go for costlier product.

Je suis très très satisfait de se produit, J'ai acheter le 1 à 5 lbs. Je croyais que cela ne serait pas suffisant mais quand je l'ai reçu j'ai été agréablement surpris pour le poid et surtout par la qualité de fabriquation. Les sangles à velcro colle très bien, elle sont très longue et s'adapte bien à toutes les grandeurs de cheville. Les poids sont facile à enlever et à mettre. Les poches sont très très bien fermés et le produit est sécuritaire. Il n'as rien à envier au produit plus cher. Je le recommande fortement A++ vous ne le regretterez pas.

Excelente calidad, el material con que están hechos son como loneta, el Velcro aguanta muy bien el peso de cada bolsita, las tiras para ajuste son de buen tamaño y resisten muy bien, tengo 6 meses usándolas y no se han roto o descosido las costuras como en otras. Me fascina que puedo regular el peso quitando y agregando bolsitas, son muy cómodas para hacer cualquier ejercicio por qué las puedes ajustar perfecto a tu tobillo.
