Jury is still out on this one. Taking some getting used to. There is obviously a technique to using this but it doesn't come with instructions and although there is an instructional video by Travel Inspira on you tube, there is no commentary. Think for the moment I will stick to using my Edge nail buffers which are excellent.After placing my original 3 star review I received a very helpful e-mail with instructions from Shinail. Full marks plus to them for customer service! I have also changed my mind about the this little gadget (now I know how to use it properly!). It only requires the most GENTLE of usage. Whilst the shine is not not a brilliant shine it does buff out ridges. It is fabulous for sealing the nail. I use this and the Bone Fide crystal nail file and I doubt if I will ever find anything to match these two gadgets for nail care for my fragile nails! 10 stars!

This is a great file. It makes your nails really shine but don't use it everyday by any means as it makes them thin and brittle. This was my mistake until someone told me otherwise.

Great little nail file, does just what it says. Looks good and the case is great for protection. Very happy with the purchase.
