Worked fine for me. Noticed a few complaints but I thought it was easy and straight forward to fit. Gave it a try and it was fine. Was a little snug round the bicep. If you're a bigger build then it might be snug for you too.

This does the job of supporting your shoulder really well but....I purchased this one over some of the others as it says in the description 'Unisex One size, Fits Both Left or Right'. It definitely does not fit both Left or Right. Well actually it does but to use on the Left shoulder like I wanted, you have to use it inside out.If you use it the right way out as shown with the heat pouch on the outside on your left shoulder, then the strap to adjust and secure is on your back where you can't reach it! Also if you wear it inside out like I had to, with the adjusting strap on the front, the velcro fixing is inside the strap against your body, so again making it difficult to adjust correctly.I needed to use this at a 3 day event the day after I received it, so I had to use it inside out for 3 days which was OK but a little uncomfortable as the heat pouch fittings are rough. Due to having had to use it for 3 days and the low cost I decided not to return it.To make it fit both Left and Right the adjusting strap needs to be detachable, so you can fit it either way round, which is what I'll be doing with it before I need to use it again.Had it been truly Left or Right it would have been 5 stars

Arrived in good time and was as described, However the bicep/under arm strap is way too small and i do not have the largest of arms so could do with being about 3 - 4 inches longer on the arm strap to aid with comfort , Shoulder harness covers shoulder but straps do not make it easy to fit securely and therefore becomes uncomfortable after a short time of wearing, and finally chest strap could do with being wider to give more support, needs to start inline with armpit not ball of shoulder, Material is as described and i think would do the job if the above adjustments were made.

This is such an odd setup.I bought it because I've got a clicking rotator cuff which comes on when I start getting to heavier weights.So I thought I'd try a shoulder support, even though I couldn't really see how it was going to work.This arrived, and for 30 minutes I've tried different things, but the band that "fits all sizes" is basically fully stretched when I try to stick the two. So the compression isn't on my shoulder, it's across my chest.I thought this might be the problem, and sure enough I was right.It might be good up your arm towards your shoulder but it doesn't go around the ball joint which is where I need it.It isn't easy to use, the velcro always seems to need twisting 180°, which makes it even more uncomfortable.There really isn't enough adjustment on these to claim that "one size fits all" because I'm 6ft4" and 15.5 stone, not exactly huge, but it hardly fits around me!If you're overweight or a lifter, I'd look somewhere else tbh, I can't see a way of getting the compression to the right place. And I really thought that would be the problem when I searched for the yesterday.I kept trying to pull it up higher so it was where I needed it, but if you get too high, it just becomes useless.I might send it back, because it can barely fit around my chest, and I'm not a doorman!! 🤣

Very comfortable and does the job

The shoulder strap I received is for both left and right arm. My only problem is the strap around my arm it is small only just fits my arm, (I'd say I was a medium female) other than that I'm pleased with it it's doing the job.
