Finally a massager that actually gets that knot at the base of the neck! It does what others can’t and feels a lot more like a true “kneading” than those awful spinning shiatsu machines. While it is not a replacement for a person, it’s the closest I’ve found. You can adjust your intensity by pulling gently on the loops, slow down or speed up with a button, and with a little creativity you can use it on different areas of your body. There isn’t a vibration setting, but the heat is a comfortable temperature. It does have a timer to prevent overdoing it- but I just turn it back on. I could see it being a little too intense if you have a wider neck due to the fit. The materials feel sturdy. It was absolutely worth the price. I’m buying another to gift my mom.

If I could give this 100 stars I would. I have severe migraines and occipital neuralgia with headaches, neck and shoulder tightness everyday. I just ordered another for my office. It has helped my pain SO much and the heat feature is so nice. It’s creepy how real this feels. As someone who gets massages regularly this this is amazing. SO worth the money and is a great value.

This product gave me maximum relief when I needed it...I was in so much pain from.my neck to shoulder due to other conditions it's a life saver. I have to admit if you are going to use this in an open office space it will draw attention. Not load but it will be noticeable with low audible still very efficient. You will need a plug adapter as it does not come with that piece but I love it and felt immediate relief. #Love it

The biggest problem that I've always had with these types of massagers is that the neck massagers are too far apart. That is not the case here! The parts that massage the neck are perfectly spaced so that they massage without feeling like I'm being choked, and aren't so far apart that I'm getting no benefit. The parts that go on the upper back get right in the spot where so much tension is carried. It didn't feel like hard plastic knobs digging into my skin. It actually felt like how a person would massage. The heat feature is great. Just enough heat without feeling like it's burning. Some have commented on battery life. I didn't have a problem with the battery failing. It has a 10 minute auto-shutoff feature, but it stayed strong the whole time. I like that there's a clip strap so I can secure it to do its thing while I work or watch TV. The operation buttons are easy to reach, and I was able to press them without looking. That allowed me to switch the massaging motion and heat levels easily. The whole thing feels sturdy, like it was made well, and will last a long time. I'm quite impressed with this massager, and my only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!

This massager has changed my life! I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable. UNTIL NOW!!! It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it's finished. Things I love: - The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. I can put it on whenever I need to and continue to go about my day. I'm planning to bring it on a long road trip for relief while driving. - The heat feature is adjustable and helps so much. - It's easy to operate. The buttons are easily accessible, and the massage speed and type can be adjusted as needed. - It can be used on the lower back and legs as well—the action and contact points are well-suited for a variety of areas. - The cover is washable and comes off easily with a zipper - It's cordless - It's surprisingly compact—folding up into a bundle for easy packing/storage The battery life doesn't seem to perform quite as well as stated in the manual, but has been sufficient for several sessions before needing to charge. This is the third item from Snailax that I use and love. They have great customer service and well-designed products that improve my quality of life (and make great gifts!).
