Love this grounding mat. It fits nicely on our king bed and is easy to set up. After a couple of days both my wife and I started to experience the effects of grounding. Better night sleep and it appears the mat has helped lessen internal joint inflamation. Highly recommend as a good way to experience grounding.

I was skeptical about using a grounding mat but after a few days my sleep was noticeably better. My Fitbit showed I was getting a much higher sleep rating and I also noticed less joint pain. It is easy toget on the bed and comfortable to sleep on.

I can't believe how wonderful this mat is!!! I tried it, skeptical at first about the claims of the grounding and what it can do, but I'm absolutely amazed at how good I feel after sleeping on it. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and the improvements in my sleep quality is unbelievable!!! I have arthritis in my knees and since using the mat, my knees are like new knees, no pain or swelling and I'm even able to sit with them crossed, which I haven't been able to do in years. I awake refreshed and have more energy and feel so much better than I can remember! I highly recommend you try grounding and this mat is the perfect way to do it because you are grounding yourself all night while you sleep. It's easy to put on your bed too, only takes a few minutes. This one was a great price as well compared to others that I've checked on. Do this for yourself and buy this mat!

I am Very Happy with this product, I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my sleep. I put it around the end of my king sized bed. It fit perfectly, very easy to install, it does move around a little, but that could just be because I move a good bit. Very Good for the price.Very long cord perfect for reaching outlets far away. Good build quality and ground quality.

This product was purchased for my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves it! He is sleeping better and his joints do not hurt as bad. I am finding that I am feeling the positive affects of this product also. I will be purchasing more of these for my sons. Worth the price!!

I have not been getting outside as much lately and I miss putting my feet in the ground. This product makes me feel connected with Mother Nature without being outdoors. I’ll really appreciate that during the winter when I will not be barefoot outside.My average deep sleep has increased each night. I feel better when I wake and I sleep through the nights better now than before buying the mat.

It seems to work very well. I seem to sleep a little better at night and don’t seem to wake up as often so this seems like a very good product.

I can't tell if it's the mat itself, or some sort of "placebo effect." The truth is, I don't care; it works for me.I've had trouble getting to sleep my entire life. When the mat arrived, I quickly reviewed the literature and threw it on the bed. I didn't even lay it out properly or strap it to the mattress; just threw it down and plugged it in to see if I could feel anything while laying on it. Next thing knew, I was lifting my head off the pillow trying to avoid falling back asleep. Turns out I had dozed off in under 10 minutes! Were it not for a notification on my phone, I might have slept the rest of the afternoon.For me, it works best when in direct contact with my skin. There's nothing to suggest that it's mandatory, but as I experiment with it, I find that skin-to-mat contact makes a difference. I also feel less tension in my muscles and I no longer feel the usual stiffness, heaviness or muscle aches when I wake up.The TESTER is NOT an indicator that the mat is grounded. The tester indicates whether or not the thing it comes in contact with conducts electricity. Therefore, the tester will light up upon contact with the mat whether the mat is plugged in or not. I've held the tester to other conductive surfaces and metals (at my own risk) and the tester lit up.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it's very thin. I think they could've used a more substantial type of fabric.I'll be watching to see if there's any change in performance over time.

I've used this mat for three weeks now and I'm addicted!! I sleep deeply, have less body aches, and overall, I'm happier because of all of these benefits. Three of my coworkers, a friend, and a family member bought one and loved it too at my recommendation. As you can see, my dog also gravitates towards it too!

I believe it does work but the dislike is that straps don’t keep the ground mat does not keep it in place.
