I use it to scramble eggs. It does a great job, and it's easy to use. I need to use a slightly deeper bowl than I did when using a fork. It fits easily in the jar I put other cooking utensils in. It's easy to clean. I rinse it off and let it dry for the next day.

It is flimsier than I expected. I did not realize it really should be used in glass and stainless containers, because it will scratch the bottoms of coated kettles and fry pans. I really only wanted to give a 3.5 but not a choice. It should be rust resistant. It cleanes quite easily if you spin it in soapy water. It is acceptable for the price I paid.

Neat idea, but I tend to use my wisks more. Maybe better for a meringue but my wisks work great for everything else

While in use it slides in the bowl. They should have made the bottom of whisk flat that way it wouldn't slide when mixing.

I went looking for a replacement medium size whisk and found this. Perfect size to whisk one egg for a recipe.I started writing this review several weeks ago and got distracted - and good thing I did. I've now used this whisk several times and don't like it. It doesn't operate smoothly. It's very clunky. It scratches the bottom and sides of ceramic containers leaving black marks. And most imporantly, it doesn't actually mix stuff up very well!I'm going back to my good old hand whisks. This one is a very clever idea but a very poor implementation of that idea.
