Why can't I connect to the Bluetooth of the controller?

Turn off controller and Bluetooth on your phone (must do). Reboot the controller and then turn on your phone's Bluetooth connection.

Why I can't turn on the new controller?

Please fully charge the controller before use.

Why does the controller not work when connected or some of the buttons as normal?

Unpair the controller Bluetooth 'Xbox Wireless Controller' or 'BSP-D8' on your phone, the controller will automatically turn off, then restart the controller to connect to Bluetooth.

Can't power on the controller after charging overnight.

While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still cantpower on the controller. Then, you need to press the RESETkey to reboot the controller.
