⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE big stars from me. I’ve literally needed this product my whole life and I will likely be taking it as long as I need to. This stuff is amazing. I’m post partum and I’ve always struggled with digestion. But because of recent mild illness and stuff it’s gotten much much worse. Weeks of constipation and zero weight loss if not weight gain. Then I saw digestive enzymes on a YouTube video and I immediately ordered these as a last resort. (The much less expensive version of what I’d seen.) I’ve been taking them with meals for just over a week now. I have lost about 10lbs in that time. No joke. And I’ve been digesting my food properly and in return probably finally getting the nutritional benefits from food for the first time. BM is getting back to normal so if you’re here for that, I’d most definitely give this a try. Easy to swallow pills. They have no taste that I can tell. I took these for when I was taking berberine and again when I was on a GLP-1. It helped a ton and stopped the vomiting and stomach pains I was dealing with! This brand has never let me down, always a good value and good product regardless of what it is.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no issues taking them right before a meal. Value-wise this is hard to beat. The 90-count bottle lasts a while if you are only taking one per meal, and the price per dose is reasonable compared to similar products at the supplement store. My only minor note is that results can take a few days to become obvious, so give it a little time before judging. But if your digestion has been off, this is a dependable option worth trying.

I really love this product. I do think it helps a lot when it comes to digestion, especially when it comes to eating fattier foods. I have poor gallbladder function and taking an enzyme in the morning. Seems to help a lot.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks and like others have said, this has helped a lot. I apparently have trouble breaking down proteins in dairy and this does trick. In fact it helps with all proteins, so I no longer feel awful after every meal. It's actually really nice not feeling awful every time I eat. I still need to take Lactaid for dairy, but this makes eating cheese possible again without getting bricked up, and for that, I couldn't recommend it more.

My pancreas was complaining but this seems to help me digest food, which puts less stress on it. I take it at the beginning of a meal. Great price, great value, they are in capsules which helps them to be easy to swallow.

People are often so vague when reviewing supplements and I get it that it can be hard to know what actually works and what doesn’t. But I’ll try to be as accurate and helpful as possible. I just assumed that as you get older, you get less and less nutrients from your food and that was that. Well, I also have celiac disease, so I figured, that’s life. I took up with a dietitian to see what I could do differently, never even considering that nutrient absorption could be remedied. Long story short, after tweaking my diet minutely, he asked me about how I feel after eating loads of protein vs vegetables, etc. (spoiler alert: you NEED the loads of both). I’ve used probiotics and collagen supplements for years and this bloating was still an occasional problem, the price of doing business, if you will. I introduced Digestive Enzymes, Berberine, and Bergamot into my diet and started dropping weight like never before. Honestly, I added the 2 Bs first and the digestive enzymes (added a month later) complete the solution by minimizing bloat and gas. The scale shows my progress and my (smaller) clothes fit better. I feel light and relaxed. I also have less joint pain after an intense weightlifting session. It’s kind of funny, I feel achy and sore when I first awake but I stand up and it’s gone. I credit that to this easy to swallow pill. I used glucosamine chondroitin for years and still had aches and soreness. I take these pills at least 3 times a day, with food and a good amount of water. It’s a commitment but so is maintaining your body and health through middle and old age! Warning: increases regularity. Drink with plenty of water and expect a little stomach upset for the first couple of days. Persist because the payoff is worthwhile!
