Love this!
Really lovely and cost effective! Has a far higher heat point than others I looked at. This size is great for making stews and casseroles for 2-4 people, which is ideal for what I need. Seems very solid and hard wearing and of good quality material.Cleans very well - I usually put in a warmed oven to dry after washing to ensure it is dry and to avoid rusting.

Take the chance, it's worth it.
I was worried I'd burn stuff to bottom and ruin it straight away. I was worried it'd rust or be chipped. But I've been really happy with this purchase :) It helped to read some Google summaries on looking after cast iron. I rinse it last and wash it up first, oil the black rim, then warm it on the hob to dry. I'm so surprised it's worked like it's supposed to! Nothing has stuck, it's even better than non-stick. I warm it on the lowest heat until the handles are warm, then brown any meat. The meat actually browns, instead of boiling in the excess water from my supermarket cuts. All the tasty brown bits do actually come off later in the cooking process. Overall, it's inspired an enjoyment of cooking and experimenting. As a guy, it feels like finally having the proper/quality tool for the job. I highly recommend giving this brand a chance, it's hundreds of pounds less than an the big names.

Kitchen Game-Changer: Stylish and Durable
I am absolutely thrilled with the Nuovva Enamelled Cast Iron Dutch Oven! From the moment it arrived, it has completely transformed my cooking. The 5-quart size is perfect—generous enough for family meals, yet not unwieldy. The enamelled finish is not only stunning in that vibrant red, but it also makes cleaning a breeze.I’ve used it for everything from slow-braised stews to roasting vegetables, baking bread, and even making casseroles—and it excels every time. Heat distribution is superb; nothing burns or sticks, and the lid seals in moisture beautifully, leaving dishes tender and full of flavour. Oven-safe up to 500°F, it’s versatile for both stovetop and oven cooking. It’s also incredibly durable—I can tell this is a piece that will last for decades if cared for properly. Stylish, functional, and a joy to use, the Nuovva Dutch Oven is worth every penny. Cooking in it feels like a real upgrade to your kitchen arsenal. Highly, highly recommended!

Lovely Dutch Oven
I’m replacing my old pots and pans as they were looking a little tired after many yrs of use. I have bought dutch ovens recently and found them to be wonderful to cook in.I bought this smaller size in teal (as i have bigger sizes already), this dutch oven did not fail to meet my expectations. Due to the enamel, it’s non-stick and very easy to clean. The only negative point i would say is the weight but that’s not the seller’s fault as all dutch ovens are quite heavy but the heat distribution is excellent, the food somehow tastes better in a dutch oven.Nuovvu pans are very good and this seller was also good as the item reached me at a reasonable time, in good condition and the colour is delightful. The price was reasonable at the time so I’ve already bought another for my sister-in-law for her birthday, in blue

Ideal gift, Daughter asked for it for her 30th birthday, she loves it, constantly in use as she loves to cook, good quality. Very heavy !

Temperature LOWER than expected! 😠
One thing positive to say about the Dutch Oven is the rich colour. It's stunning, and the pot is heavy. Is it worth it?? No. A few side complaints about this product is the lid is not a snuggle fit, there is a wobble to it. Then I read the instruction booklet and that's when my smile disappeared. In Australia's cooking terms, it seems we cannot go past 200 Celsius. On your page it states 500 Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) well that's a lie to consumers to buy it! It brought it to bake sourdough bread and 200 Celsius is too low of a temp. It also states you can not heat it without nothing in it! Again, to all artisanal bread makers 'STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY' and the shipping price is crazy. You're better off buying yourself a ceramic baking dish.
