Bought this as it is similar to LMNT. Definitely feel this helps when working out side . Started drinking in the evening after eating . Use 1 pack to 24 ounces of water. Dilutes the flavor a little, put still tastes good. Like all the flavors so far but I like grapefruit.

These are awesome. The best one, imo was orange, so I bought a full 30 pack of that one. They also have lemon lime and peach (neither of which are in this variety pack), which I'll be ordering. Thanks a million for this cheap, effective, tasty drink mix! Idk what I would do otherwise, because sodium tabs and trying to eat 5000+ mg of sodium through food alone just sucks.

I've tried some of the more well-known electrolyte packet brands, and these have been a great, much more affordable alternative. I was looking for a high-sodium, sugar-free option to help support hydration, and these have fit the bill nicely without the premium price tag.I like that they're sweetened with stevia and erythritol rather than sugar, and the individual packets are incredibly convenient. I keep a few in my work bag for everyday use and also bring them along on hikes or other outdoor activities when I know I'll need extra hydration support.As expected with a high-sodium electrolyte mix, these do taste fairly salty, but not in an unpleasant way. Most of the flavors were quite good, although a few had a slightly artificial aftertaste that reminded me a bit of flavored lip gloss. Even so, it wasn't strong enough to keep me from drinking them or purchasing them again.For anyone who needs additional hydration support, especially those managing conditions that can make staying hydrated more challenging, these are a budget-friendly option worth considering. Overall, I think they offer a great balance of ingredients, convenience, and value, and I'll likely continue to keep them on hand.

Excellent sugar free electrolyte mix with great hydration support and clean ingredients. Tastes refreshing without being overly sweet and works well during workouts or hot days. Helps keep energy and hydration levels up.

These packets work and are effective at hydration and the price point is good. However the flavor and taste is A LOT…I’ve tried every flavor in the variety pack and not liked a single one. They say it’s “natural flavors” but it tastes like they were turned up to 100, like huffing an jello packet. Even the smell is overpowering.The sweetness tastes off as well because of the stevia. It is overpowering too and there is not enough citric acid to balance that out.I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte packet after realizing my go to formula had extra b vitamins which my body can’t metabolize well. But even at the appealing price point, I guess this one won’t work for me either.

I have a condition that makes this amount of sodium in an electrolyte drink beneficial, so I was very excited to find this brand. A lot of other brands that contain the same nutritional contents cost a LOT more, and that’s not sustainable for me personally if I drink them daily. The price of these is great for what you’re getting. I enjoyed all of these flavors, even the ones I wasn’t expecting to, it’s a nice variety. I mix these with 32 oz of water and they still have a salty taste to them, but I personally like that. I’ve already repurchased this for a second time.
