I got this to use in the car for apple carplay. My phone is USB-C while my partners is a lightning connector. This cable allows carplay to work for both our phones with the 1 cable, and I love the fact it's coiled. It stays neatly coiled up and out the way when driving, but it allows enough give in the cable to reach the driver or passenger seat without unplugging it.If you want to keep things neat and tidy in your car, this is for you!----------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Amazon Vine program. Nice space saving idea. The cable stretches for about a meter. I use mine in the car with iphone 12 pro max. Works as original cable. The lightning connection is thicker by about 1 mm but it seem not making any difference.

Wouldn't it be great if all things electronic could be charged the same way? Maybe one day? Maybe not! Until then, this cable sure helps with 2 different connectors. USB C is the most common way to charge the latest android units and iPhone 15, and Lightning works for older iPhones.We tested this cord both ways -works great. If you are looking for a space saver and compact cord, this is it. If you need a longer cord so you can move around a bit while talking on a charging phone or using other USB C type electronics, you will need a non-coiled long cord, so keep that in mind.We especially like that the two charging heads are permanently attached to this cord. No chance of losing the lightning connector if you happen to be using the C connector.Love this cord. We highly recommend it.

Das USB-Kabel macht auf mich einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es ist kein dünnes Kabel sondern hat im Vergleich mit manch billigeren Kabel einen etwas dickeren Durchmesser. Im Ruhezustand war das Kabel bei mir mit 50cm zwar etwas länger als wie in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben, dafür ist die empfohlene maximale Ausdehnung von 1,2m absolut passend. Da würde wahrscheinlich auch noch mehr gehen, aber wenn man möchte, dass sich das Kabel später wieder auf 50cm reduziert, sollte man diese Vorgabe auch eher einhalten.Darüber hinaus habe ich dieses Kabel mit einem höherwertigeren, gleichlangen Kabel mittels eines Messgerätes verglichen. Bei diesem waren die Werte fast völlig identisch und bei diesem die Lastimpedanz sogar geringfügig besser.Das einzig was mir nicht hundertprozentig gefallen hat ist die Befestigung des Lightning Steckers. Der hätte für mein Empfinden etwas dicker ausfallen müssen. So befürchte ich, dass dieser nicht ewig halten wird. Nichts desto trotz ist das für mich ein gutes Produkt, für das ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung ausspreche!

Ottimo cavo.Ho provato questo cavo sia per ricaricare il telefono in casa sia per utilizzarlo in macchina con Android Auto e Apple Car Play. Infatti grazie al doppio attacco questo cavo permette di poter collegare alla macchina dispositivi differenti. È molto utile e conveniente soprattutto se si condivide la macchina con persone con telefoni differenti ad esempio io ho un Samsung s22 e condivido la macchina con mia sorella che ha un iPhone XR.Il costo è un po’ più alto della media però permette di poter avere in macchina un solo cavo invece che due!

Although I still have an iPhone with a Lightning connector, I have other devices that use the newer USB-C connector. having a single cable that can handle both is a great convenience.This USB cable appears to be well made. The connectors are heavy duty and feel solid on the ends of the cable. In a relaxed state, the cable is about 18" tip to tip. When stretched out, it is about double that length.I like the coiled cable. It doesn't get tangled and knotted and fits nicely in the center console of my car when traveling.I have tested the cable on both Lightning and USB-C style devices and all of them charge without issue.There are certainly cheaper charging cables available, but being MFi certified gives me piece of mind that this is a quality product and safe to use on my devices.
