This was bought for my wife as she prefers a small phone. It arrived early and seemed to work well, doing everything required. I installed Malwarebytes to check for potential problems (as I do on all our phones and laptops). The second scan highlighted Malware detected - Android/Trojan.Agent.gxcom.abfota.systemUpdate - as a system app. This is an android 10 system and doesn't need this app to function - my previous/other Android mobiles don't have this issue. I tried to Force Stop the app but to no avail. As it's a system app, Malwarebytes cannot uninstall it. I can't uninstall it. Years ago, I had malware/adware issues with a phone bought from a small company in China. When I used Malwarebytes on that phone it detected an updater Trojan. I took a chance on this phone and hoped for the best. Another problem on this phone was that the charging port was loose. I intended to return the phone and started the return process. Royal mail and Evri do not ship mobile phones to China as they are prohibited. DHL can ship it, but are asking a price close to the cost of the phone. I have decided to give up on a return/refund. IF I buy another mobile phone from amazon, I'll make sure it is shipped by Amazon as their returns process is fairly straightforward.

Only buy this phone if you are using for phone calls and text messages. Nothing else works on this “smartphone” no Wi-Fi, no browser, no apps nothing. Oldest and most vulnerable android system. Not worth it :)

doesn't work properly

Battery last two hours without use so pointless item. Does mimic iPhone but no real use because of battery. Ok to use for odd hour. More like a burner phone.
