We are obsessed with this trampoline! It has been such a hit with our kids and their friends—nonstop giggles and jumping from morning to night. It’s super sturdy, safe, and pretty easy to put together. The net enclosure gives me peace of mind, and the bounce is just right—not too tight, not too loose.It’s become the go-to spot in our backyard. Whether it’s just our boys or a group of friends, this trampoline handles it all like a champ. Honestly, it’s the best way we’ve found to get the kids outside and burning off energy. We love it so much and couldn’t recommend it more!

This trampoline is the best one yet; we have had three and each were good and bad in different ways but this one is all good. It is huge, sturdy, the lights are great, the water feature is fun and it only took a couple hours to put together.

The setup for this 15ft trampoline was surprisingly easy! Even my 8-year-old helped put the springs on, and the kids were excited to be part of the process. I did need a second adult to help with the net and poles, but overall, it was very manageable. All the parts were there and the build quality is amazing. I also really like how the net clips on the springs.The trampoline itself has been a huge hit—my kids have had an absolute blast on it! I am amazing at all the safety features.There was a hiccup with the shipping: Amazon only sent Box 2 of 2, and Box 1 never arrived even though they said it would be there in 1–2 days. Amazon offered a refund, but I really just wanted the trampoline. So I reached out to the supplier directly, and they were amazing. They responded to all my emails within a day and promptly shipped out a new trampoline with no hassle.Honestly, their customer service blew me away. I'd definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommend this trampoline—and the supplier behind it!

I kind of went down a rabbit hole comparing affordable trampolines online, and this is the one I chose. The company seemed more legit and easy to deal with is something went wrong. Plus it has a 5 year warranty. It took me and my teenage son a few hours to put it together. Although we could have probably gotten it done faster if I didn't have 2 toddlers running around. The instructions were fairly simple to follow and it was actually kind of fun to do. The kids LOVE it! I'm so glad we got this for Christmas. Tons of fun for a range of ages. My only complaint is that one of the straps that secure the net to the frame broke off. It's still secure though so it's not an issue yet. I'm just wondering how long it will last. Overall it's a well made and safe trampoline and we're super satisfied with the purchase.

UPDATE: We have now had this trampoline for over a year, and it still looked and functioned exactly how it did when we first bought it. Amazing quality.But I am actually back to talk about the customer service. A couple of weeks ago, a freak gust of wind picked up our trampoline and skewered it on the post that holds our sun sail. I reached out to the company to see if it would be possible to order just the one replacement part, so we wouldn’t have to order a brand new trampoline. I was fully prepared to buy the part we needed, but the company actually just sent it to us for free! After we had the new mat and were midway through installing the replacement, I noticed that there was actually one more part that had been broken- one of the supports for the net. I contacted the company again to see if we could also get that part, and they decided to just send us a brand new trampoline. I am astonished at their customer service and am recommending them to all of my friends who want to get a trampoline for their children. If you’re looking for a trampoline, look no further! Joyberri is the one!ORIGINAL:When we chose this trampoline, I had looked at many and ultimately chose this one because of the stakes, price, free shipping, lights, and sprinklers. Ordering from Amazon- especially an item that didn’t have many reviews- I was nervous it would be cheaply made. But it is not at all! It is very high quality and it was quite easy to assemble. I was immediately set at ease when I saw the branding of the packaging- you can tell this company took their time and paid attention to the small details. The best part about setting it up was when I saw how the net is connected (with straps that are already attached and simply clip on to the triangles on the trampoline where the springs are attached, rather than the rope that is typically strung throughout). The one thing that seems a little bit low quality is the pad that goes over the springs. That is quite thin, but ultimately not a big deal. My kids love the trampoline and have been playing on it nonstop since we got it set up on Christmas. I’m definitely happy with this purchase!
