I have bought two of these in the last week.The first one arrived, it showed a small area of stress where something had hit or squashed the delivery box but the tray will still function.It is huge! Idea for large cats (Maine Coon) who won’t fit in a regular tray or old cats who can sometimes miss the tray and wee over the edge.Super happy with that, it’s great at preventing spills and stops most of the litter from being hurled over the edge if the cat digs enthusiastically.So based on the popularity of the first tray, I purchased a 2nd, as we have multiple cats and they all want to use the new, big tray.2nd tray arrived yesterday. I have just unpacked it - no visible signs of damage on the cardboard box but yet again the plastic tray shows area of stress - this one has also been roughly handled or dropped at some point.While it will still function as a litter tray, it’s a shame that aesthetically, it doesn’t look great (as great as a huge cat toilet can look!) and they’re not cheap.Not worth the faff of returning or replacing it, and it’s unfortunate that Amazon doesn’t allow you to report poor delivery experiences easily.So I would highly recommend the product but suggest, if you can find one retail, go buy one from a shop so you know it’s not going to get damaged during delivery.

We have put kerb ramps at the opening to each of these (he won't do both things in the same box), as he has terribly painful hips. He can fully turn around indude, which is what we wanted. We just make sure to slope the litter up towards the opening, for ease of walking for him, else he'll just go on the floor (deuce). They're huge, but worth it for him.

Low quality.

Exactly what I needed for my XL cat! He stopped using our enclosed litter tray and I noticed he was struggling to get in and out due to his size.This litter tray is massive and I suspect suitable for even the biggest cats.It's very deep, so I find my cats don't flick litter everywhere and the high walls are great for them to scratch to clean up.The plastic appears to be hard wearing and thus far, combined with the litter I use, doesn't leave a smell.
