Renpure Biotin & Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner Set for Fine Hair 2x24oz

My entire family really enjoys this product. We use the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in spray. Smells nice, it’s light and neutral. Product feels nice. Only gripe I have is the pump. OMG it’s so bad. I’ve purchased 3 rounds on auto ship, 2 haven’t worked at all. Another complaint is the way it’s shipped. It’s come leaking or cracked. Trying to ship the cheapest way possible leads to product being damaged, which leads to unhappy customers! I enjoy the product BUT, if I keep getting broken pumps and leaking bottles delivered you will LOOSE a customer. Please change your pumps and shipping methods. Don’t be cheap, use a sturdy box and packaging material.

I figured out how to work the pumps!!! After removing package, twist the pump to the right as though making it tighter(which makes no sense originally bc lefty loosey, righty tighty, duhhh), conditioner made a little pop and then I twisted to the left and it works really well. Shampoo did not have a pop when I twisted, just turn it a bit to the right and then to the left. This will unlatch the pump and it will rise on its own. Pumps work really well once you get it down! I have been using this product for years now. I was getting older and noticed my hair looking a bit dryer. I knew I needed to get away from shampoos with sulfates in them without it costing me one arm and one leg. So I started using this particular shampoo and Conditioner. It works quite well, safe enough to use daily, smells great without being to perfumey, and my hair thanks me...it looks quite healthy.

Excellent quality, low-fragrance shampoo. I have baby-fine hair, and not a lot of hair, so I am always looking for a safe product to enhance my hair. I appreciate this is not tested on puppies and kittens, and that it is vegan. I gave the product 4 stars because I am still trying to figure out how to get the pump to work on each bottle. The shampoo lathers up nicely, rinses clean. The conditioner is thick and also rinses cleanly. After using this set for two weeks I can give it a high rating, I look like I have more hair. Although I do use an Ionizing hair dryer (which helps).... after drying my hair looks fuller. When I curl it with hot rollers, I look like I have a full head of hair, which is very nice. I am not going to say it helps with reducing hair loss until I use it for a month or two (there are brand name shampoos out there that drastically cause hair loss because of the sulfates and other chemicals in them.) Most women with baby-fine don't have a head full of hair enough for three people like some of the commenters seem to show. I recommend this product for those of us who have baby-fine hair who would like to look like we have more hair on our head !!

Horrible for my type of hair! Product claims to leave hair fuller, thicker and healthier. It has left my hair feeling like frayed wire. My hair is curly, thin and colored. This product made my hair way more impossible to detangle. I couldn’t move it around when I applied the shampoo, it got worse when I applied the conditioner. I tried to return it but I was afraid to get charge since it indicated they expect product to be returned unused. I tried to give it a chance, I only used it twice. Had to give it one star to be able to submit review.

I have been using Renpure since 2020. I absolutely love it. My hair is thin but after using this set it has lots of body and volume plus so soft.

This product was recommended by my daughter, who said it worked great on fine hair. I received my bottles today & the pumps don’t work on either bottle! I’m sure the product works well or my daughter wouldn’t have recommended it. However, I gave it 3 stars because of the broken pumps & the packaging was also pretty flimsy for the weight of the bottles. Mine weren’t damaged, but could have been very easily! So, as a new buyer, I was a little disappointed

Renpure have great products plant based however when I looked at the ingredients I couldn't believe my eyes. For a product that is plant based I don't understand why they're so many ingredients. The shampoo and conditioner is good for fine thin straight hair but it builds up after using it for a while. Just make sure that you use a clarifying shampoo every couple of weeks and you're good to go

I am impressed by how well this biotin & collagen shampoo and conditioner works. My hair had really thinned due to anemia, and although I am taking iron supplements, my hair was just not rallying. 6 weeks into using this shampoo and conditioner my hair feels noticeably healthier and is starting to grow back. It also cleanses really well - some shampoo and conditioners leave a residue and make my hair feel heavy. This is lightweight and I can go several days between washes.

smell is wonderful and lasts a very long time. would like a different pump for the shampoo though, as the pump only gives a dimes size of product but will buy again

works ok, don't notice a huge difference from my other brands

Agréablement surprise !! Pour le prix je me suis permis d'essayer, jusqu'à présent j'aime beaucoup je l'utilise depuis 2 semaines. Texture agréable & oui je sens que mes cheveux on plus de volume. Bien hâte de voir dans 1 mois.

Have been using for several months. Less breakage and hair looks much healthier. Would definitely recommend
