These are good quality, but there's no reason to add the Bioperine to a magnesium supplement. It doesn't actually improve the absorption of magnesium, like it can with other things. Still, NOW is a good, quality brand.

I use this supplement to help relieve muscle soreness from working out. Especially paired with potassium, I truly believe this stuff does wonders! Usually after an intense workout, I'll be sore for a day or 2. But with this: I'll work out during the day, eat a banana after I work out, then take 2 of these at night -- my muscle soreness has been reduced at least 75%. It truly makes such a huge and noticeable difference! I generally like this brand of supplements, and this specific variety is no different. It seems to be good quality and does not create any unwanted side effects.

Sleeping at least 6 hours straight! That was great for me! I woke up more refreshed and in less pain. Been using now for several months now. Highly recommend.

Great magnesium glycinate supplement. The price is affordable and NOW is a very reputable brand. Definitely contains exactly what it says it does, works well for relaxation. I take 4 pills daily. Remember to be careful with magnesium glycinate as it can amplify various medications and substances.
