Guilt-free pasta BUT they sent only one box!
Much better than the wet kind. Fifteen minutes from boiling point you get really enjoyable and healthy al dente pasta with almost no calories. Just add marina sauce or spaghetti topping you like. BUT, ad claims SIX boxes for the price. Only one was sent. Amazon gave me a refund. There are much better deals on this great pasta elsewhere.

Amazing texture
For gluten free, the best option. Since they have been dried the texture is similar to regular pasta. However more expensive than most with delivery costs. Difficult to find in everyday markets.

It’s not pasta but as close a substitute as I have found
I need to limit Carbs which basically eliminate pasta from my meals. I have tried many substitutes and these top my list. I won’t say they taste like pasta, but they have a great texture and soak up the flavor of the water (salt/pepper) and the added sauces. 2 real important items, water needs to be rolling boil when you add the Shirataji and you need to leave it in the water for 15 minute. It is best at 15, too early or late does change the texture.

Low carb food
Filling. Not much taste value but that’s okay with me. I like the low calorie & carb value. Good value for the money.

A great product if you are looking for low carb pasta
I didn’t use it yet, but it looks like a great product to use in a salad I want to make at some point.

Sham
It said 6 comes with it, I only received 1. Sooo disappointed and I should’ve listened to allll the other reviews that complained about not getting their full quantity.

Not what I expected
Contains potato starch and carbs; texture mushy, not chewy like pure konjac shirataki. Returned to my favorite water-packed konjac shirataki.

healthy and almost indistinguishable from pasta
this is better than I expected it would be. They were hard like dry noodles, and unlike the wet packets there was no smell at all, not even when it was cooking. They expand quite a bit to the size of regular noodles although they’re quite thin when you buy them and they take upwards of a half hour to boil. But once they’re done, there’s no funny taste almost indistinguishable for regular pasta. The only noticeable difference I found on the first go round was that even after half hour they were still somewhat al dente, which was OK with me. I imagine if you cooked them even longer they’ll soften up to be the same consistency is done spaghetti noodles. And I refrigerated a batch and ate it later and it didn’t continue to absorb the sauce or otherwise change it held up to being refrigerated quite well overall, I was more than happy with it and ordered some more

Yum
Pricey, but good quality and versatile for low carb noodles. Not like those konjac noodles that sit in the liquid ugh so gross

Second Case Was NOT Same Product!
UPDATE: I ordered a second case after having an excellent experience with the first. Unfortunately, the second case appears to be a completely different product. The noodles were glossy and damp-looking out of the package, then became thin, glassy, and disintegrated when cooked. The first case was opaque, substantial, and had the firm, bouncy, udon-like texture I originally praised. I prepared both cases the same way, so this was not a cooking difference. The product was dramatically different from one case to the next. Amazon will not allow me to return the second case, and I was also unable to obtain a refund through Amazon, leaving me with an entire case of unusable product. See photos comparing the two batches. Based on the severe inconsistency between what I originally received and what was sent in the second case, I have changed my rating from five stars to one. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I follow a low-carb diet and used to rely on NuPasta's Fettuccine for soups, but they stunk, were a hassle to rinse then dry in a pan, and never soaked up flavour; it was like slurping silicone. These were recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I tried them. If you overcook them, they plump right up, absorb the broth's flavour, and end up with a bouncy, udon-like bite. My only nitpick is they're a bit short for slurping, but otherwise, a great replacement.

Quick and taste similar to pasta
This is a really good product. I tried the shiritaki that is not died and definitely not as good. Very happy and will definitely buy them again.
