Pro's:- It's sturdy. While using it it doesn't feel like it's going to collapse. I'm just under 13 st and used 22.5kg dumbbells while the bench was in both flat and incline and it has so far held up fine with no issues. While not on the bench though you can rock it from side to side fairly easily, but this doesn't happen when you are on the bench.- It's light. Not heavy at all, which is good, however this may be the reason why you can rock it from side to side when not on the bench.- Easy to put together. The Bench arrives 75% put together already. The only thing you need to add on is the horizontal foot at the front, where the hooks are for the resistance bands and then you just need to insert the three pins after you have unfolded it and you're done. Very simple. To fold up, simple take out the three pins and it becomes foldable.- Delivery times. Not really about the product itself, but I ordered this on 9th June, was told it will arrive between the 15-17th June, but it arrived two days later on the 11th June. Can't really complain about that.Con's:- Resistance bands. They're useless. Barely have any resistance to them, however they were not the main reason why i bought this bench as i already have resistance bands. However if this is important to you then note that you will not get much use from them as the bands really aren't very good.- Instructions. They are in Chinese however for me putting it together was extremely simple and I didn't look at the instructions at all as I didn't need it. This may be a problem however for people who won't entirely know what they're doing when it comes to putting on the final pieces of the bench.Overall this is definitely a bench i would recommend for the home, it does the job it needs to and I'm very happy with it.

For the money this is not a bad bench at all. Well worth it for your first bench purchase.

I think this is great value for money. The bench arrived super quickly and was very easy to assemble. I’m clueless and not practical but put it together in 5 minutes without very clear instructions, so worry not about that! It is sturdy and comfortable although I do agree that the bands are a bit useless hence the four stars. I think it looks as good quality as the pictures suggest too. Very pleased on the whole.

This was delivered within 2 days, I see that some people complained but I truly do not see how you can complain about this piece of kit, its and absolute bargain!!! I've been training over 30 yrs and unless you want 'armchair' comfort, this thing is perfect. I weigh over 17st and it is perfectly stable and folds away nicely to store. You do not need the instructions to put it together, it's just two bolts!! The bands with handles are pretty much useless but I only bought this as a cheap bench while the gyms are shut, and for that, it's perfect.I was lucky enough to get the discounted price which makes it more of a bargain when you look at some of the extortionate prices people are charging for just a basic bench at the moment.

Very straightforward to assemble given the instructions were in Mandarin or Cantonese. As I wont be folding it I also tightened the 3 bolts near the removable pins (it will make sense if you buy one), this improved stability dramatically.The dimensions are way off, the back of mine is nearer 28cm than the stated 30cm. The front feet are just 45cm and not the stated 50cm. The seat height is also 5cm lower than stated.Lastly, the elasticated pully things are pointless, they are far too long to use whilst seated, and offer zero resistance.Were it not for the global situation making demand for home gym equipment so high then I would not have bought

If you don’t worship your body but just want to stay fit, this is a very good tool.

After reading some other reviews I was a bit worried, but completely unnecessarily. The bench arrived quickly, was easy to set up (two bolts, and did come with instructions in English, not that you'dneed them), and is as solid and sturdy as I need - and I'm not light. The resistance bands are pointless though, totally agree with what others said about that, but I didn't buy for those anyway. Looks pretty smart, and overall quality was better than I was expecting. I'm happy.

Exercise. Bench great. Resistance exercise bands to weak. No English instructions. Very fast delivery. Easy work out assemble. Martin let down buy resistance pull bands.
