Efficient product for the relief of congestion and sinusitis. What I really like about Physiomer products is that the pressure of the salt water is strong enough to make it effective, but not too excessive when product is new, so it does not injure the nasal cavity. Some other brands can even cause mild nosebleed to me, but not this one. I really like it!

I was recommended Physiomer nasal sprays by a doctor and bought my first ones in Jordan. I have since been ordering from Amazon. They have really helped me to rinse my sinuses daily, particularly after a septoplasty operation. The dynamic jet one is powerful and rinses the sinuses amazingly well. However, it does not last very long due to the amount of water it disperses. I would say the dynamic one is good for periods of congestion or during a cold but not for everyday use -merely because it just doesn’t last as long as the regular spray and proves costly for this reason. I previously used Sterimar spray but prefer Physiomer as the jets are more effective at cleaning the sinus passages.

Repeat purchase on this product as helps a lot with blocked nose from hayfever/dust allergies. Received within 48hrs on free delivery. Very impressed with service.

Too big package (bottled), not durable for a small, on-the-go bag.The nozzle drops off easily, then you need to wash it before using it. It is not steady at all when pressed to use.Also, in comparison to similar products, I think the salt quantity is very small, don’t even feel the sea salt! And not cheap for what it is.

Unfortunately this expires this month so no use whatsoever and no option to return for a refund or exchange for a decent use by / best before date product ! It is a waste of my money as this can only be binned ! I will expect the seller to get in touch to put this right . Very disappointing !
