For years I’ve dealt with something I didn’t even know had an official term: over-pronation in my left foot. I’ve always used basic insoles in my work boots (I’m in them for 12+ hours a day), but nothing ever addressed the real issue. When I found these inserts, the design immediately caught my attention. It took a few days of adjusting and testing different combinations to dial in what worked best for me, but the difference has been huge. The constant ache and fatigue I was used to feeling after a few hours on my feet? Practically gone. Even the uneven wear on the outer edge of my boots, which made the problem worse over time, has noticeably improved. If you deal with over-pronation, supination (another new term I learned) or chronic foot fatigue, these inserts are absolutely worth trying. They’ve made long days on my feet so much easier.

These insoles feel supportive and comfortable right away! I love the wedge design for better foot alignment. They fit nicely into different shoes. Great for walking or daily wear. A helpful option for adjusting foot posture!

They helped with pain but as the day went on they started to slide

Did not secure in shoe. Kept sliding from the heal side to the center of my foot. Gel compound too soft and did not support supinating feet. To be fair, not sure if weight played a factor, male 280lb but if so, it should be displayed. Other than this info given, I would not recommend given circumstances. I returned immediately the next day.

The quality is okay. They were soft but support seemed to fade after several daily uses.

These foot insoles have made a noticeable difference for my Morton’s Neuroma. They tilt my feet just enough to take pressure off the outside of my feet, which has reduced the discomfort I usually feel by the end of the day. I can wear them in several pairs of shoes, and they stay in place well.

First of all, this has very easy instructions. My daughter has I called it a crooked foot and it helps her to align her legs. It stays in place. It has self adhesive on the back and it’s easy to reposition if needed this works for men or women and you could even run in this. It supports a hill. The adhesive is very sticky. It’s a perfect fit and it’s not a bad price.

As someone who has experimented with a variety of insoles, orthotics, and other footwear, I must say that they drew my attention due to their distinctive appearance. The medial and lateral heel wedges seemed to be a viable option for resolving the troubles that I am now experiencing. I was left with a favorable impression of the quality when they came. Both the material and the two-layer method seemed to have been carefully thought out, and the material felt both robust and comfortable. Being someone who has bigger feet, I found it difficult to locate insoles that fit correctly. I enjoyed the fact that there was a size range available. The adaptability of these insoles is, in my opinion, the property that stands out the most. Both supination and over-pronation may be accomplished with these, which is a really ingenious feature. Overpronation was a problem for me, so I made sure to follow the directions and position them in the appropriate manner.
