It's bad enough the cold weather does enough damage, but I have never had drier skin before using this soap (and I usually have normal to oily skin).Another con was that I ordered two soaps, different kinds and I got one that was completely different from my order (thankfully the other was correct to my purchase). When I went to return the soap, they didn't offer me to exchange it for the original soap I had ordered. I believe the one I ordered was the last in stock, but instead of telling me they were sending me another kind, they just sent it to me, wasting my time in returning it.Pretty much not buying this soap again. The concept is great and I wish it had worked out for me, but it didn't. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 2 was because it was true to the look of it.
