Balanced Body Aligner: a multi-functional aid for yoga and pilates. A semi soft material great for relieving tension on the wrist and elbows when doing planks. Great for positioning above knees and between the ankles for proper alinement with pilates. Used in place of a yoga block. Easy to clean

As an instructor I have some clients, myself included, that need something to keep the knees or ankles separated for certain exercises. This is so much better than rolling up a towel or squeezing a ball or block. The first time I pulled it out for one gal she loved it and immediately noticed the difference. I wish I would have gotten it sooner.
