This is pretty good. It is not bad. My only complaint is that if you are training to use a real wooden kind, this one is a little smaller and a lot lighter so it won't feel like the real thing. Since it is lighter, you won't get hit as hard as the real thing, but also, you won't feel the momentum that you would with a real, wooden three sectional staff. I recommend this for people who are casually interested about learning this kind of weapon, but get a real wooden one and a professional teacher if you are serious. Good quality.
