It’s difficult to find a hard shell luggage that doesn’t open up into a clamshell. Who hasn’t had to get something out of their luggage & have to open the entire thing up for everyone to see at the airport? No thank you. I love this one. It’s sturdy, easy to open & access, the zippers are smooth, & the wheels roll like a dream. Very well designed although I do think the carry on could be a tad larger. However, it’s not a deal breaker. 2 main compartments help organize your belongings & the pockets in the lid are well placed & see through for smaller items. I love the small footprint. I love that this isn’t a clamshell. The built in locks are so convenient. The drink holder & retractable hooks are just icing on the cake. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I brought this for my trip to Brazil. I chose this because it doesn’t flap open like traditional suitcases. It looks very cute, minimalist and sleek. The functionality is my favorite again because only the top opens and it’s plenty of room! The rollability is effortless. The cup holder works great but not for a grande ice coffee you have to get a Venti or taller. The phone holder did not work well for my iPhone 16 it kept falling. For the charger of course you have to use a battery pack but it functions well. Overall definitely my favorite!

Absolutely loved it! Took it to Costa Rica, had no issues and got so many compliments. I did get pulled by the gate agents to test if it fit and it was an easy fit. The capacity is a bit smaller than my Samsonite soft shell carry on but I still fit quite a bit of clothes and shoes. The case is hard and protective, the wheels were smooth, and had no issues with the handle going up and down. It is heavier than my fiancés Samsonite hard shell case. Is it worth the cost? I think so, it’s very well built and can see using it for the long term.

Not sure how to charge my phone? No directions regarding this. Has the plug, but nothing.. product however, seems to be very sturdy

This carry on was perfect for a 20 day vacation. Very durable and attractive. Had plenty of room for five days worth of outfits. I highly recommend this suit case.

It is extremely small inside. Not worth buying for long trip. Good enough for an overnight stay.

I REALLY wanted to like this as an avid traveler. I love that it lifts from the top unlike clamshell suitcases. The idea is great, but the construction isn’t there yet. My biggest issue is that this is the only suitcase I have ever owned where the zipper unzips itself during flight. I don’t like to have the lock on because you never know if your suitcase will be randomly checked and I don’t want TSA to have to cut through the lock. That said, if you’re only using this for a carryon it might be okay. But if you ever need to check it (which includes smaller planes where everything has to be checked) expect your bag to partially unzipped. If it wasn’t long past the return window I would be returning this. Another issue is the coffee holder in the back can pop open easily if it’s bumped into. I can imagine this could break off at some point during the check in luggage process.

Best luggage I've ever bought. Looks great and very good quality. The non clamshell opening is so much better for packing and access. The pop out cup holder is a very handy extra. All though I have not used the brackets on the handle to hold my phone or tablet I can see it being very handy for some. A power bank does not come with it but are easily found for good price

I got the 28" I used this for a 6 day trip. Coming from using a clamshell I prefer this style I think it holds more. I like the compartments you can stay organized even if it's one big pit. I like the straps to keep the opening up right. It's actually light when nothing is in it. My only thing I have issue is the pull handle is short.

4.5/5 Stars Wheels are some of the smoothest I've experienced. I like how deep it is as well - makes for an easier seat for my 4 year old to sit on while I tote her through the airport! Only compaint is that for the size it doesn't pack as many items as my Samsonite Omni 3.0 Medium (24")

It’s great but for the extra price paid for the cup holder feature, I never used it. You can’t over pack, it is not forgiving. A big negative is, it is a heavy case empty. But since it’s going to be checked, i accepted it. I received a lot of compliments. I feel it will break or bust open, so I was nervous if all my cloths was splashed on the conveyor when they bring out your luggage. LOL. I use compression cubes so all good…I think! Nonetheless, the case was intact. The only dirt mark I noticed is when it was stuffed in the back of the bus when we arrived. The dirt mark was on the edge of the case…other than that, it still looked brand new. Will use again on another trip later this year.

Husband has used this 5 times traveling and no damage or issues. He loves it
