This 1-3/8 inch T5 turn-type lampholder is for use with fluorescent lamps having a G5 base. This non-shunted socket can only be used with programmed start ballasts. It includes a mounting bracket with black and white wire leads. This socket is rated for a maximum voltage of 600 and is UL listed and CSA certified. Dimensions: 1-3/8" x 5/8"
