The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is incredibly effective, and the sound profile is precise enough for heavy audio monitoring and video editing tasks.A few months into using them, the plastic headband extension arm accidentally cracked. However, this is where boAt’s customer service completely blew me away. I registered a complaint online, and their support team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Instead of making me travel, they arranged a hassle-free Bluedart door-to-door pickup right from my address. Within just a couple of weeks, they verified the issue and delivered a brand-new replacement unit directly to my doorstep!It is rare to see a brand back their product with such seamless, top-tier warranty service. Very Disappointed with the Build Quality!I bought the boAt Rockerz 551ANC expecting decent build quality, but unfortunately, the frame turned out to be extremely weak. Within just one month of normal use, the frame broke, while the headphones themselves are still working.Now the headphones are basically useless because without the frame, I can't properly wear or use them.The sound quality and features may look good on paper — 100 hours battery, Hybrid ANC, Ambient Sound Mode, etc. — but what's the point if the physical build doesn't last?I am extremely disappointed with the build quality. Also, physical damage is excluded from boAt's warranty terms, which makes this kind of frame failure even more frustrating for customers.My advice: don't buy this model unless replacement frames or stronger frame support are provided. After this experience, I would personally think twice before buying another boAt headphone.Very disappointed with this product.

So, initially i had my doubts when i ordered this headphone, especially considering my lack of knowledge in this devices, however, it is with great pleasure to inform you that it is an amazing purchase.• sound quality is decent, there is ANC (active noise cancellation) which isn't really good, you will be disappointed if you bought it for noice cancellation, it does supress a little external sound but not even remotely impressive• It looks beautiful, mine is black, although it doesn't seem very durable, now i am confident i can take great care of it, but if you aren't careful then it might end up breaking within first few months of purchase.• Ambient mode is extremely helpful during functions or any event where you need to be attentive, maybe someone is calling you or something else, so using Ambient mode you can hear external sound more clearly• One of the main reason i bought it is because of the battery, and it didn't disappoint, absolute monster when it comes to battery, you can use it for 6 hours continuously and only 10%-5% battery will be consumed.• It is also extremely comfortable and covers your ears really well, it's foldable but again handle with care, it doesn't seem very durable, modes such as signature sound makes the listening phenomenal.• Gaming - now i didn't expect it to perform this well in terms of gaming but i was surprised, while they didn't mention anything about gaming experience, it did perform very well, games checked - (PUBG, Terraria, COD, Dead Cells, Little Nightmare).
