I just finished using this scooter at our LA County Fair and it was a lifesaver! 34 miles in and no problems at all. The only thing customers should know is that this is a very heavy duty scooter and would have to be transported on a rear hitch carrier as it weighs over 300 pounds. . It was shipped in a welded steel frame which was bolted together! I agree with all of the other positive reviews as to durability, dependability etc but I was very impressed with their customer service! I scratched one of the fenders backing up and when emailing the address in the instruction book, I was directed to a phone number in Pennsylvania! Andree ( A REAL PERSON) said he would send me the touch up paint and only charge me for the shipping! Very impressive since the damage was my fault and they could have easily ignored me. Nice to know that the company treats the customer well.

After 3 months of daily usage I am pleased to report that this scooter has been a dream answered for me. I have purchased/used several types of electric wheelchairs and scooters and have been disappointed in their limitations on anything other than hard surfaces. I’m a 76 year old retiree and I spend a good deal of time outside on many tough terrains and this product has proven very effective. I have been able to travel on gravel, sand, grassy areas, as well as on many walking trails. Sand dunes are probably not accessible but a reasonable depth of loose sand at a beach is quite doable. I “walk” my dog 2-4 miles each day and he loves to race for short periods at 10 mph which is comfortable for me on this well designed product. I absolutely love my scooter outside and it performs fine inside as well but is a bit cumbersome in tight spots. Now if they’d only build a 4-wheel drive unit I’d love to give that a try!

I absolutely love my scooter. I drive it around town turn signals. Everything works great. The suspension works great I use this to save me from wasting gas and I get to get outside a little bit. I really love my scooter. I highly recommend it as fast. it’s comfortable it’s doable thank you.

Final update Aug 6, 2026 It now resides at the dump. Left me stranded 3 blocks away from my house (I am an amputee). I had to push it home with one leg. This was 10 months into 12 month warranty. They send the wrong motor to the repair shop. By the time the next part arrived and was installed warranty expired. That was a slick move on their part. Still does not work and I am expected to out of pocket up to $1,000.00 in part to see if it will work again. Update #3 June 1, 2026. Buyer Beware! Junk product went out within warranty. Investigating refund. Not even branded name on scooter. In the shop for 3 months now. Company sent motor to repair shop because it is under warranty. Didn't fix. Company representative in the U.S. stated it could be 1 or 2 different other components costing appropriately $1,000.00 combined. Not covered by warranty. Repair shop can't even get wiring diagrams. UPDATE #2 Wasn't the batteries. Taking it to shop for repairs. Let's see if warranty works. Only had it 10 months. Will change rating based on help from company. Update: Will try contacting them through Amazon. Replaced batteries didn't help. Before replacing batteries it didn't operate unless power supply plugged in. However after replacing batteries power gets to motor but it will not travel. Worked fine out of the crate. Would like to have a more informative manual. Batteries gave out in 10 months. Ordered from Amazon 4 batteries for $210.00.

My mother uses this at the park while my brother rides his bike. She’s 86 and had so much fun.

My dad has his for about 3 years now. It used to run great. The motor went out and unfortunately, i've looked everywhere to replace the motor the parts are very hard to get.If you go to a mobility store, they don't like to look work on any type of scooter that does not belong to them

I got this because I hurt my ankle and have been unable to give my large dog a proper walk—I can only walk for a block and we’re used to going three miles. We have been having a great time with it. She can really run with it—8 to 10 miles per hour—so it takes less time for her to get the exercise she needs. I cannot move the seat back because you have to push up on the lever to get it to move and the seat blocks me from being able to push the lever up high enough to disengage. That might be a big deal to some users, but I’m only 5’3”. If I was tall it would definitely be a problem. There is a control dial to limit the speed. The dial label goes from 0 to 100 but the dial only turns to 85 or 90. No big deal—just the label not matching the dial, not like it’s broken.
