As a single parent I am no longer trying to convince my kids to help when I need to use the massage gun on my shoulder. This design means I can now I can use it on my own back!! Great quality and easy to use and this type of massage gun is so effective at relieving the discomfort and pain that builds up in your muscles. Very impressed.

This massage gun is an absolute must if you don't have someone to help you get to those hard to reach spots (or if they're simply unwilling!).As someone who suffers from "dad back" from carrying around my two little girls, I find this has been a massive help when I wake up with tight back muscles in the morning.This comes with various attachments for all types of deep muscle massaging so it's not specifically limited to usage on your back. Personally, I feel this would best be used to complement a conventional massage gun as that is much easier to use on the easier to reach areas.This doesn't sway/spin around so your targeted area will get the full affects of this.It has 5 speed settings so you can comfortably select a massage speed that suits your area, especially if it's sensitive! I found the 5th speed setting a bit too much when running over my spine on the first few tries but I think that was me just getting to grips with these.What should also be mentioned is that this is completely wire free, you simply charge it with USB-C when it's running low. This also opens this up to being recharged with power banks which is a massive win if you're just out of the gym and it dies on you.Overall, I'm very pleased with this and would definitely recommend this. My only complaint is that I wish it had come with a small storage bag for all the attachments.

My experience with this is that it’s really helpful for alleviating these aches and pains. In my attempts to be more mindful and self aware of what my body is telling me, it’s become easier to identify where issues are occurring. I can then tackle these areas with this massager that not only helps my muscles unwind and alleviate tension, but subsequently helps with unwinding the mind too. I feel so much more relaxed when I use this and I’ve made a routing around using this after work each day to get rid of the pains and tension and then add meditation after to create a sense of calm.It’s not too heavy at all and is easy to hold for a fair amount of time before your arms start getting a bit achey. I think the price point is perfect for what I have got out of this.It feels robust, charges quickly and lasts a long time in a single charge too.The included attachments are perfect for targeting certain areas that are bothersome too and I enjoy the different speeds because you have control over how vigorous or gentle you want the massage to be.We are by no means ache and tension free, but it has improved this dramatically and makes life that bit easier and more bearable.

I ordered this for my partner who's always complaining of neck a shoulder strain.It takes a bit of getting used to, but once the setting is right and we'd gone through the various attachments it comes with, she settled on the ball end fitting.When turned right up it can be a bit too hard, but slower settings seem to be the right mix of depth and pressure.It's early days yet, but she does report good results.Unit is easy to recharge with the included cable to USB.Seems great so far.

This massage gun is honestly hand held heaven. I suffer from lower back pain, and with this massager, I can actually help relieve the pain for a while because I can directly aim it where it hurts. It's amazing.

I got this as I have had a lot of tension in my shoulders since I started at the gym and massage really helps. However getting a massage after each shoulder workout isn't feasible or cost effective, however this massage gun looked like the perfect thing.The unit comes packaged with a few different heads. These are used for getting in deeper to a single point, running along both sides of a muscle or hitting a larger area. All work great at releasing tension and reducing soreness.The unit itself has a lightweight design, I am able to manoeuvre it around with no issues to get the perfect spot. The angled head also makes it much easier to use on shoulder blades, butt and backs of legs compared to your normal massage gun.The unit is very well built, using a premium quality rubberised finish which makes it super easy to hold in your hands. The units motor has a number of speed settings which allows you to hit that perfect level of massage to pain ratio to get rid of the aches.Overall, I am really pleased with this. It works great, feels amazing to use and leaves me ache free after a long workout. Allowing me to hit the gym more often. 5/5

This thing is genius in shape and function! It hits the “blind spot” left by all other massage guns thanks to its “hammer” shape. The length and ergonomic shape hit the upper back, rhomboids, and lower trapezius in a way that the others just physically can’t. I own two Theraguns, and no matter how I twist, i simply can’t hit certain parts of my back, and this thing nails it!It’s cost effective. Charges quick. And has 4 different attachments.Are there stronger massage guns? Sure. In this price range? Highly unlikely. But most importantly, can they massage your middle back without twisting and hurting yourself? ABSOLUTELY NOT. This thing is one of a kind. If you want to give your middle back and shoulders the self massage they’ve been missing - look no further - this is it.

Bought for my lower back pain. Easy to hold, but if your hand is too high up, it tends to push the intensity button so beware. Made of good quality and I like the intensity of the massages.

The ergonomic shape makes it a breeze to massage those difficult spots like shoulder blades, and it feels so good. Plus if you massage on the side instead of the end your massage is very smooth and gentle. It has been very helpful to both my wife and I. Recommend this product.

The item only holds a full charge for 15 minutes, so I'm constantly having to recharge over and over again.
