Copper Fit X-Back Brace for Lower Back Pain, Lumbar Support, Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Arthritis – Adjustable, Breathable Design - for Men and Women (Large/XLarge)

This is the best lower back brace my husband has every found. He has had 8 back surgeries with the last one a fusion and this brace gives him a confidence of stability that none of his other back braces ever had. The comfort, ease and fit is a true blessing. The ease to adjust the belt and support it give is one of a kind. Glad we found it.

This is not my first rodeo with the product, I've had a previous Copper Fit for 12 years, the only reason I am getting a new one, is the adesive has lost its grip on the old one and will not stay on and inplace. I got the new Copper Fit X-back brace and I am happy to say, "I am extremely impressed!", the adesive locks well and using the additional tightening straps, gave me such a secure grip, my back was in heaven. I recommend this product to all who are having lower back issues and need support.

Does make your back feel better, use it every morning, BUT it has not cured my lower back pain. The pain comes back later. , but I will continue to use it for the full 12 weeks and see how it is. I am at week 6 right now.

I bought this to help with what is probably a combination of sciatica and lower back issues that come with being 75 years old. More and more frequently when I first get up in the morning by lower back hurts (scale of 1-5 it varies from a two to a three.) That pain usually improves as the day goes on. I wanted something for the first few hours in the a.m. I have a similar device from a different manufacturer that requires putting your arms through straps and the bracing runs higher on the back. It has lots of Velcro too. It works but it's more cumbersome to get into. I got this Copper Fit thinking it would be easier to get into and still serve the same purpose. It works. I didn't buy it for any "copper effects," so I have no expectations in that regard. I did find that wearing it directly against the skin on a warmish late spring day caused some sweating which wasn't so comfortable. So the "breathable" mesh doesn't help much, if at all. If warn for any length of time more than a couple of hours, (something that's not recommended in the medical community) you'll need to have a t-shirt or some lightweight garment between it and your skin. No direct contact. It's well made, but the material stinks. That hopefully will improve after washing. It has to hand-washed, (another thing to take note of.) I think the expense is to help pay for their cable TV commercials. Would I buy again knowing what I know now? Probably but now, I know how I will and won't use it. It is more convenient than the fuller back brace I described and the support is helpful. I found the "sizing" recommendations to be spot-on.

I have RA and ordered this brace to help my back pain. It has helped me so much. I am able to do things that used to hurt my back such as gardening, standing for a long time, walking. If you are suffering from lower back pain this brace is certainly worth trying. It's very easy to put on. It stays in place. It is worth every penny!!

My first encounter with back braces. If they offered 10 stars, I'd give them all 10 for product and delivery service. It was a miraculous change/improvement, almost immediately, I went from agonizing rt hip and rt leg pain, to no pain. I have been wearing for 10 hours, and wish I could keep wearing. I like this very much. I found this brace very functional and comfortable. The X system pulls everthing together.For me it pulled my jumbar together.It is a good procduct and worth the money. .

Velcro closure quality is poor and does not hold after the 10th wearing. Overall, the sizing was great and feels proportionately right. But, I can no longer wear it because the Velcro will not grab the satin soft layer beneath. Sad that I spent $ so much for a product that doesn't close properly. I hope you have better luck with yours
