This is great quality and definitely works at keeping the hair manageable on my Jack Russell. He likes it when I get the brush out so it’s obviously working and not hurting. About a minute of brushing gets a lot of hair off of him that would otherwise stick or get matted over time. Highly recommended for dogs that shed a lot or have curly hair.

I’ve bought 5 brushes now, and this one is the best brush! My long-haired cat doesn’t really enjoy being brushed, but she will actually stay calm and still when I use this one. Sure, I’ll have to bribe my cat with a treat or two, but it’s better than the fuss with other brushes. The brush seems to be more gentle on my cat’s undercoat than the others, and will actually start to enjoy being brushed if you don’t hit any excessive matting. It also collects tons of hair and is easy to clean. Worth the purchase!

Good stickler brush. I really like the cleaning mechanism on this which makes it so easy to remove fur from the bristles of the brush with the press of a button. It's convenient for grooming my dog, and she doesn't seem to mind being brushed with it at all, unless there is too much gunk or seeds stuck in her fur causing it to pull. The bristles have little plastic balls at the tip, so they aren't sharp or scratchy and feel more gentle and pleasant when scraping against the skin beneath the fur while brushing. It feels sturdy and fairly durable, so I expect to get plenty of use out of it.

It does a good job of removing excess fur from my dog. It's also super easy to clean, as the bristles are retractable. The only thing I don't love is that the metal bristles feel a bit sharp, and my dog doesn't like them touching her skin at all.

My cat loves this brush. It helps keep the shedding down. It keeps his fur soft and smooth. It is an excellent product and it has a button that retracts the bristles and makes removing the fur easy. Anyone with a cat will love this, and the cat will love you back. If I brush my cat, he will jump up in my lap and pur.

You want a simple review without a million words? The cat and I love it! So simple and I feel so much better knowing it has teeth with rounded edges. Baby by loves it. Highly recommended. Not too wide of brissels got more than enough hair off him... I do wish the brissesls was a LITTLE tighter but hey, i was in a rush to find something... I could tell he was much more comforable in comparison to his old brush. I also really loved how easy it was to release the cat hair... So much better.

So I got this for my short hair cat. She's shedding like crazy, and while I don't care, everyone else in the house does, so I got this to try and help. I was searching for a brush specifically for short hair cats, and this kept popping up. THIS IS NOT FOR SHORT HAIR CATS. Does it collect some? Ya. But I sat here brushing her for like 5 minutes till she got bored and ran off. I barely got that much hair off her. So she's still shedding like crazy. She likes getting brushed though so that's a bonus ig. I give it 3 stars since I will take some blame for not making sure this worked good for short hair cats, but I tried it on my dog with long hair. IT. WORKS. Collected a bunch in just a few brushes. The only reason I'm keeping it is cause it's a better brush then the ones she has. The brush on one is too sharp and can't be used on her anymore, while the other uses blades more do then prongs, and works, just takes longer. So I'm keeping this for my dog instead. Both pets love em, detangled my dog's hair so yay there, and for the price, I'm not as mad I accidentally got another brush for my dog, and gotta search more for my cat
