recently purchased the Atomberg smart door lock, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The build quality feels premium, and the lock looks modern and elegant on the door. Suspicious if the product was used before
Product seems to be working fine but inside the package there was no battery but it was clearly mentioned there is one . Technician came really late at night so arranging a battery was tough . Also I have doubts whether the product was activated before

This is not a wifi smart lock, only a basic bluetooth lock.
Beware if you are going to buy this product for operating this smart lock from a remote location i. e. away from the location where lock is installed. Since it only works within a bluetooth range of 12 meters. And you have to share a permanent pin with the person who is going to unlock it. Since remote otp can be generated only 10 times after that you have to visit again the location for regenerating the new otps. If you are way from your house for a longer period it will be a big problem. The app in phone also disconnects even if you are near to this lock, its a technical glitch with the app. And it will not connect again. I have raised a complaint with the Atomberg customer care but i didn't got any support in last 4 days. They always say our backend team will call you back and nobody connected with me in last 4 days. This lock is useless for me and i want to return back this product but atomberg people are saying that it cannot be reteurned it can only be repaired. Hi Amazon team please help me in getting my money back as this product is a waste of money for me.
