I used other brands and I see the difference in just a day, this is stron dosage and I can see any results, I guess I will using it for another week or I will order one of the brands I used before.

This is a bottle of ginkgo biloba supplement capsules. Each capsule supplies 120 mg of gingko biloba extract. The capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and rice flour. Country of origin is not stated on the label. The bottle is made of brown plastic with a simple screwtop lid. I find these ginkgo biloba capsules simple to swallow. I’ve been taking 1 capsule per day for about 10 days. I haven’t noticed any changes yet for mindfulness, ability to sleep, energy, eye pressures, or blood pressure since I started taking the capsules. Who knows if they will actually do anything. But the bottle is easy to manage and the pills are easy to take. Overall, this is an easy-to-use ginkgo biloba supplement.

Ginkgo has a lot of good health benefits - I've taken it for a while and this particular brand's capsules are more compact and easier to swallow than many others I have tried. 120 MG in each capsule, which is standard for ginkgo, and you get 120 in the bottle, so about 60 days worth if you follow the 2 pills a day formula. So far, no issues with this brand whatsoever, and I'm very pleased with the product - it is a great price, too. Would recommend.
