New plastic bottles
I’ve been taking this product for years. I loved that it was in a glass bottle. They are now in a plastic bottle that is not PBA free and it’s very hard to get pills out. Disappointing.

Not sure yet
Not sure if this is better than the other vitamins or supplements I took prior. My blood work shows so many vitamin deficiencies that I didn't have prior. Hummm

Product melted during shipping
This review is for the shipping. (Im sure the product is good) The capsules melted in the heat and were stuck together when product arrived. This isnt the frozen version, but BGA is fragile and heat sensitive in any form.

It's ok i don't think it's all that because the B12 in it is not worth a dam due to the body can't use it so that can cause you some trouble if you don't add a b 12 so as not to get your body way out of wack.
