recently purchased these side window and windshield shade covers with the hope of keeping my car cooler while it is parked in the sun all day while I'm at work. Unfortunately, they did not perform as well as I had hoped. While they fit in the windshield and rear windows, they did not do a great job of keeping the cabin cooler. On several occasions, they would fall before the day was over, allowing the car to heat up significantly.As side shades, they were somewhat effective. They did manage to keep the sun off my driving arm during my 45-minute commute home, which was a relief. However, the shades were too big for my car and had to be bent and scrunched in a way that left gaps for light to get in. This reduced their effectiveness and made the driving experience less comfortable than I had anticipated.Overall, these shade covers were not the best solution for keeping my car cooler while parked. They did provide some relief by shading my left arm during my drive home, but not completely. I can only give them a few stars because they did not fully meet my needs. I believe these shades might be a perfect fit for larger cars and trucks, where they could perform much better. However, for my car, they were just not a great fit.
