Review: Comfortable for sleeping and much better than foam earplugs - I bought these primarily for sleeping because I'm quite sensitive to noise, and they've been a significant improvement over traditional disposable foam earplugs. The best earplugs I’ve ever used!! I’ve tried so many different types of earplugs because I am on the spectrum and particularly sensitive to sound. I’ve had these for over a year now and I sleep in them almost every night. They are so comfortable and block out almost all sound without creating that awful suction feeling you can get with some earplugs. The multiple size options mean they fit my ears perfectly and I have had no pain or discomfort from wearing them so much. Good to reduce noise, not 100% reduction but helps me to comfortably travel on London commute. Can help with getting to sleep but gets a bit awkward to fully relax with ease pushed against pillow for long periods
