does it tighten the under eye area as it dries?

I just recently got this in my FABFITFUN box. I'm a first time user and it works for me. lightens the circles under my eyes and tightens as it dries. I use it after my moisturizer cream and before make-up. I am 56 and I would recommend this product. But, like everything, it may not work on everyone. I'm happy it works on me!!
