These are great skirts, soft and fully lined. Nice drape and swing on me. I'm 5'5, about 175 lbs., with my weight pretty thickly padded on stomach and butt. A little pear-shaped.Anyway, this skirt is a great look for work or out to dinner, and it's warm enough for fall, winter, and spring in most of the country. Note that the lining can be annoyingly clingy if you wear stockings or tights, especially on cold, dry days. (A quick hack is to rub some lotion on your hands and very lightly wipe down your tights to reduce static.)The length looks really great with booties or boots, and stays modestly below my knees when I cross my legs. The waist is not bulky, and good under a soft top like a knit or sweater, or a blouse worn over the waist, or tucked in with with a wide belt. A T-shirt looks too tight and summery with this, for me. I bought more than one and washed them on cool, and hang to dry, and they look fine.

The skirt is nicely made with a full lining, and washes very well in the machine in cold water on a delicate setting. But the most important thing about this skirt is Amazon's customer service. I ordered the skirt because my 42 year old son died unexpectedly. I needed a black skirt to wear to the funeral and I ordered this one. But some dishonest customer seems to have replaced the nicer skirt and returned a very cheap denim one of a different brand and size. I was crushed. But I called customer service and told them I needed the skirt in just three days for the funeral. I live in a remote area. Things take time. But the customer service person expedited the order and replaced the skirt in plenty of time. He understood that having the right skirt was important to a grieving mother and he made it happen. That is an example of why I am a loyal Amazon customer and always wlll be.

Soft and easy to wear

This skirt is nice enough but it arrived with a gaping seam. The vendor is making me jump through the hoops of packaging and returning it, in spite of the fact that I have a photo showing the problem - and no UPS Store option - I have to package and label it myself. Which I can do. But what a pain when the product is unsaleable. It feels like the return is intended to be enough of a hassle that I'll give up and write off the cost.

Style was not quite what i expected ;thinner than i expected.

i wore this to Wild Wild West event, but can see how it would be worn all year round. Very comfortable and holds up well. True to size.

I didn't expect to like this skirt much, but needed something tan colored and easy to pack to dress up a casual wardrobe. It far surpassed my expectations! It's comfortable, flattering, looks great with just about any top, and packed like a dream. I wore it straight out of my suitcase after a flight and didn't look at all disheveled. Highly recommended.

I thought this skirt would have better quality of stitching and design. The main problem for me and I’m 5’9”, was that it is too long. This style skirt should not hit inches above the ankle but inches below the knee. I had to pay $60 to have the skirt shortened from the waist by 5-6 inches!
