CP4 to DCR Pump Conversion for 2011+ Ford 6.7L

Factory fit and finish, packaged very well, clear instructions, and the truck runs great! Nice having peace of mind not worrying if the CP4 will decide ton ruin everything. Took about 6.5 hours to install.

If you have a newer diesel, 2019+, definitely worth looking into installing before 70,000 miles esply. Avoid engine problems since it's against the law to rid DEF from the vehicle in the USA. Save your truck now before it costs $$$$!

Like all, not some, but all the comments say, this kit fit perfect and the instructions are written extremely well. The extended warranty on my truck expired and having known of the CP4 issue, it was only a few days before i ordered the S&S kit. I had already done my research so i knew what i was in for, cost and time wise. To me, a 2000 dollar investment (before the price went up) was cheap insurance against the disaster that might happen hanging over my head. The job took me about 16 hours but that included replacing a plastic coolant pipe that broke when i tried to remove it which I didnt really need to do anyways. It was old and brittle.... I also replaced all my idler pulleys while in there and changed the belt. Part of those 16 hours spent included dipping and cleaning the intake manifold of the 100k miles worth of soot. Kit went together like a glove and when finished it fired right up. Thats been a few months ago now and have not had one issue or problem. Being that new trucks are 70-100k, I plan on keeping my truck a long time so this was without doubt a worthwhile investment. Thank you S&S for putting this kit ont he market!!

The kit fit and the instructions were awesome! The truck runs great and I replaced my CP4 before it failed. Make sure you have all the recommended tools and some time. Be aware that you may want to replace some additional fittings and the belt along with the gasket kit.

I installed this kit for a buddy and ensed up buying one for myself. My 2011 6.7 F250 had 209,000 miles and was feeling a bit slugish and fuel starved. I installed this DCR kit and it has changed the truck. It feels brand new now. So easy to install with great instructions. The time and details put into creating this kit are far from none. Knowing the fuel system cannot be destroyed has also placed my mind at ease.

Replaced my 2020 CP4 that had pinned lifters and dropped it in and not one issue. Started right up and I never had any problems. Haven't started towing yet but that is coming soon.
