I hope it works as what I read. After c section, I do feel it helps ease of pain a little. Itโs really easy to use. Just cut the size you want and put it on. The longevity is good. It stays like whole day. At least it keeps the spot moisture.

Lifts up and won't stay down
This lifts on skin. Bunches up and is not good on curves or movement. Gave it a 3 since it doesn't move completely and you can customize length. Its ok. I'm reordering another I found way better.
