They have this look like they’ve lived in your house for the past 40 years, even though they are brand new. And I’ve got a few that are already fraying. I did two initial washes as recommended by others to get the lint out. My lint basket in my dryer had enough fluff to stuff a toy, and then they still left lint on me after showering. What I DO LIKE is that they effectively dry you off, and they themselves dry really quick.
