All right, this is my new favorite pre-workout. No frills no junk just electrolytes and caffeine. I'm very conscious of what I'm putting in my body when it comes to artificial junk colorings and this has none of that. The flavor is great. The 100 mg of caffeine is the perfect amount to give you that extra boost for a workout and the electrolytes before a workout I think is a hidden secret. I've never had a pre-workout with electrolytes in it. And let me tell you I can go so much longer through my workout, without feeling like I'm dying of thirst, it's quite nice. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Best tasting pre-workout i’ve tried (and i’ve been using a pre-workout for 10 years). This specific preworkout doesn’t have caffeine or beta-alanine but the clean ingredients and sweet/sour taste still gives me energy to workout! I use this when I workout at 4am and it works well to keep me awake and motivated! Very smooth in 8-10oz of water

I was looking for an alternative to my pre-workout. Something that felt cleaner, less additives and random ingredients. This is doing the trick nicely. I definitely get a caffeine boost and don’t feel jittery. This has about half as much caffeine as what I was using, but it has plenty, so I like that. Only reason it gets 4/5 from me is the taste is just, ok. I don’t love it, but don’t hate it. I’m 3 or 4 orders into it, and I keep using it, so it’s not bad. Price is pretty reasonable compared to similar alternatives, so I’ll keep using it. If you’re looking for a drink mix with a pick me up, it’s definitely worth a try.

I use this to replace pre workout on mornings in not going to the gym. Also use a mid day boost. Taste is good compared to other powders with clean ingredients

I had the strawberry lemonade flavor and it was by far the nastiest pre-workout I have ever tasted. Bummer because I was so excited to try this - clean, no added sugars. It mixed well, smelled good, just tasted a little like vomit. It took all of my mental strength to finish one serving, but I'm not having anymore. And it's non-returnable.

Tastes great! I don’t drink energy drinks because of the fake sugars and I don’t like coffee. This powder makes normal water taste great and gives me the boost I need. Plus no fake sugar! I’ve tried a lot of these powders, this is my favorite so far! I bought the lemonade flavor.
