I only received them yesterday, but so far so good. The tablets are quite big, but easily snap in half making them easier to swallow.I was almost put off by a review that said about them smelling and tasting strongly of fish, but decided to follow the other reviews I'd ready and give them a go. I was pleased that I did, unless you stick your nose in the bottle and sniff, this really isn't a problem.As I've only been taking them for 2 days, I can't comment on the effects yet

Good for hair and nails

I bought these when they were on offer and I found them to be okay to use. However, I am not quite sure whether they did have a long-term impact as I am no longer taking them due to the price increasing.

A medium sized tablet, not too challenging to swallow but there is a particular smell about them so if you are sensitive to smell when it comes to these things then you may not get along with them.
