"An Entertainment"
The contract which made China close its doors to the world for 37 years resurfaces in Los Angeles, the only item in a closed auction at which only large governments are invited to bid.Its ancient pages hold the power to shatter the foundations upon which the world's leading superpowers base their national consciousness. Its existence must be denied, its content must be suppressed - at all costs.Money no object, an 'off the record' scratch team are recruited from all corners of the globe - whether because they are owed a simple favour by the right person or can build an attack helicopter from the contents of a typical household garage - with a single objective.Driven by a real fear of political and economic meltdown, riddled with hidden agendas and laced with extraordinary insights into the workings of modern China and its uneasy relationship with the rest of the world, Bird's Nest Soup serves up an offbeat, wholly original and chillingly plausible read.

Birds Nest Soup
Entertaining, stimulating read, it had me laughing regarding plane politics at least three times on the first page, and has been amusing me throughout. It also offers an interesting insight into Chinese life as a foreigner, whilst keeping you hooked on the various characters and their part in the evolving plot. Highly recommended

Adventure not to miss
This is a very well written book on a special American/chinese theme. Alot of sense of humour added in this unusual adventure. Could not put it down and can imagine a film of this story would be a amazing!! Await next episode!!
